David Stiffy and Co. are running within 6mph of the world land speed record for 500cc Motorcycles using only a 350cc engine! They are using all the technology to go faster including our 2 Stroke Wizard Tuned Pipe software and should be breaking the world record anytime soon, as the next round of developments is being implemented.

Weed Whacker powered RC boat gain 41% improvement in speed!

Using the 2 Stroke Wizard Tuned Pipe Software has made a remarkable improvement on my 26cc weed whacker powered RC boat. Although I do not have any way to measure the power output increase except for RPM and timing the speed by stopwatch, I can see the improvement clearly.

The rpm measured while running the prop in water increased to 13000 rpm plus from a previous max rpm of around 9000 rpm. The top speed increased to over 55 km/h from the previous 39 km/h max, and a much bigger fun factor too.  All this with the only modification being the tuned pipe designed with your software!

Power increase from 6.5 hp to 17.5 hp! Competition Chainsaw motor.

The Stihl 064 chainsaw (85cc) makes 4.8 kw (6.5 hp) at around 9000 rpm in standard trim. A good port job and compression hike together with a 2 Stroke Wizard Tuned Pipe Designed expansion chamber brought the power right up to 13 Kw (17.5 hp) at around 11000 rpm  and still retain a wide powerband to boot!

The most remarkable is that the pipe was working perfectly from the very first dynorun no alterations have been necessary at all, the pipe behaving just as I wanted it to. An excellent chainsaw racing tool and numerous trophies is the result.

Freeware Expansion Chamber design improved by leaps using 2 Stroke Wizard Tuned Pipe

My old pipes on my 350 LC needed rebuilding after an unfortunate meeting with the tarmac, and slamming into a curb…

Already having a set of expansion chambers designed and built 3 years ago using some well-known freeware expansion chamber design software and dyno tuned jetting, I was not sure if improvements could be made in this department, but I thought it’s worth a try. I took it to the same shop for dyno jetting with the new pipes.

Well compared with the previous pipes on the same dyno 3 years ago, I was amazed by the improvement made possible using your 2 Stroke Wizard software. The only other change was removing the k&n air filters to run open carbs as my bike is run on clean roads only used as a weekend fun bike. The dyno figures say more than a 1000 words! Your software really impressed me with these excellent results! Thanx a stack!!
